Tabata From Hell
Tech: 3 60m sprints ( we will take the best time)
WOD: Tabata From Hell
20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest for 8 rounds per exercise. We will also rest for 1 min between exercises.
-Burpees
-KB Swings
-Jumping Squats
