WOD2:
5 rounds for time:
10 Deadlifts 225/135
6 KB Push Press - per arm
10 Chest To Bar Pullups
If your hands are still torn up from the pullups on Tuesday, I will give you a different pulling exercise to do for this wod. The deadlifts shouldn't be too heavy. Please scale the weight if you don't feel you can ge the first 10 in a row unbroken.
