Speed Jerks

A. Max Set of Clean Jerk 135/95 x3 w/t 3 min break between efforts
* The bar must be in constant motion, tap and go off the ground, any pause and your set is done
B. 3 rounds for time:
20 jumping lunges
20 Scott Presses w/t Dowel
1min of front plank

    I just wanted to remind everyone who is thinking of participating in next week's opt big dawg challenge, that registration closes today (sept 18)!! Registration is done online (through OPT's website)

    it's only $5, and goes towards a charity dish that enables other financially strapped athletes the means to compete. So, if you are thinking about it or toying with the idea of competing this season, I encourage you to register!! Let's get a big group together to head over to C.O.P. next weekend!
