CrossFit One World WOD

There were trying to modify the "chipper" from the CrossFit games. Here is what they came up with. Shoulders are going to be a little sore from today but you have Sunday to rest.
Complete the following for time:

  • 30 hang power cleans (M:135#/W:95#)
  • 30 toe to bar
  • 30 box jump (M:24"/W:20")
  • 30 thrusters (M:95#/W:65#)
  • 30 double unders
  • 30 pull-ups
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 ring dips
  • Outside walking lunges w/t bar on back 95/65

  1. F'n killer workout today! My abs were already super sore from yesterday's L-Pullups. I gotta feeling that my whole body will be sore tomorrow!
