"Karen" + 10x2 Deadlift

Sorry for the late post but I was a little concerned that Karen would have scared off a few of my 7am kids and I like my 7's to train. 
Tech:
Deadlift 10x2
I want at least 6 of these 10 sets to be challenging. Work your way up to a heavy double and then you can taper back down if you have sets remaining.
WOD:
"Karen"

  1. I'm in for the challenge. I'll make mine an October challenge and start tomorrow (didn't know about it until this morning). The only catch is I just can't live without a bit of ketchup on my eggs...
