Tech:
Deadlift 10x2
I want at least 6 of these 10 sets to be challenging. Work your way up to a heavy double and then you can taper back down if you have sets remaining.

I'm in for the challenge. I'll make mine an October challenge and start tomorrow (didn't know about it until this morning). The only catch is I just can't live without a bit of ketchup on my eggs...
