I want everyone to make sure they are getting their depth on the wallballs and any squat for that matter. Generally as a gym I would like to see this improve. When you fatigue don't allow that to effect your range of motion in any exercise. If you need to rest to get the full range than do so. Hip below knee is the full range. Thanks.
Wow. Marissa that is AWESOME! I don't think we have any ladies who've hit a 130 lb C&J. House record, I think, is 125? Can't wait for you to get here and be DEMO GIRL!!! Chris - thanks for setting her up with success by teaching her great foundations!
