  3. The olllddd friday chipper eh?

    The 90 lunges into the 800m run portion kinda stands out for me a little bit... i only say that cause i can seriously invision my wobbly legs giving out as i somersault down the ramp directly out into traffic.

    if its my time to go - i really dont want it to be on a friday though. A monday would be much more ideal.
