Barbell work at the Den



Boomer grabbing some Front Squats in her workout today. Great work Annabelle.
Congrats to Banana Man for being the first to complete 30 muscle ups for time. He probably could have done it faster if I didn't tell him to pace himself.
Thursday workout is courtesy of CrossFit Calgary. Appreciate it as Knight Rider would say.
5 rounds for time:
Deadlift - 15 reps
Hang Power Clean – 12 reps
Front Squat – 9 reps
Push Jerk – 6 reps

Guys use 135 #
