Great work on the Bear Complex today. It was fucking beast of a workout and a totally different feeling than anyone of you had done before. Loved the effort. Wed workout is a bit of a mashup that should be fun. FYI Thursday we will be doing a workout that is strength based with no metcon so get in here and compete.

that looks like a pretty kick ass work-out however because of the shit performance i've had in the den so far this week, i will take a day off today and come back tomorrow and get to work.
