Awesome work from everyone on a hard Monday. I would like to welcome back Knight Rider and Connie Chung after a week on the DL. Great to have you back. Also a congrats to Slats who was hitting all his push ups like a madmen. His strength progression in a little over a month has been unreal.
Tuesday WOD:
Snatch, Snatch and more Snatch. We are going to go over the technique of the Snatch and how you can get more of it....weight wise that is.
We will do a good warmup before this to get a little sweat in.
