We are going to stay off the pull-up bar today as I know a few of you have some torn up hands going on right now.

9 Deadlift

RX = 225#
Level 2 = 185#
Level 1 = 135#
I want everyone to really focus on their form on the deadlift. Poor form on the Deadlift is probably the easiest way to fuck your back up. Hugs.
