CrossFit Total

Okay Tuesdays WOD is the ultimate strength test we have in CrossFit. The CrossFit Total.
Max Back Squat
Max Press
Max Deadlift
You total up all your max for your CrossFit Total score and by max I mean your max single rep. You only have 3 failures available so don't blow them all on the strict press. Get in the Den and go after this.
