Strenght Day Results and "Tabata something else"


Earn your weekend kids. Fridays WOD is as follows:
"Tabata Something Else" or better known as "fuck your ass tabata"
20 sec of work, 10 sec rest for 8 rounds for each of these exercises. The clock does not stop between exercises.
Pullup
Pushup
Situp
Squat
