The Couplet from the 2009 CrossFit Games

Reminder to everyone to let me know if they want to order a pair of the weightlifting shoes. We will get a cheaper rate on shipping if we do it all together.
This is a great hit. We have done it once before in the summer time and it creeps up on you quickly. Each wallball must hit the target. If you miss the target at all then the rep doesn't count. Please be honest with yourself and redo the rep if that is the case.

30 wallballs 20/12
30 hang squat snatches 75/45

    gentle jesus... i think i might have to start doing solo classes - i cant take all this enthusiasm. not like this. never like this. never for a wall ball.

    in other news, a bitter north vancouver man was found dead in his office today. Police are asking any witnesses to come forward with information. One source told police that the 'victim' screamed something about a 20lb medicine ball, put his head through his monitor - wore it as a necklace, then began convulsing and complaining of leg pain. Foul play has not been ruled out at this time.

  6. Knightrider I hope you enjoyed yourself tonight!
    My enthusiasm is wearing off right now! This was a humbling WOD. Can you believe it was won at the Games by Carey Kepler in 11:01 and by Jason Khalipa for men in 11:18!!! And yes, that was their 5th workout of the day!
    That's just not right!
