WOD:
Round in 15min
5 Overhead Squats 75/55
5 Barbell Lunges 75/55 -- per leg
5 Thrusters 75/55
Weight is light for this workout but the reps are also low which means you should be able to get through a few rounds unbroken before things go south. Enjoy.
