Classic Lions Workout

Good grinder wod today. This isn't something we have done before but its the type of challenge I like to give you kids once a week. 

Strength: 
Split Jerk - Work on Speed and getting your butt under the bar -- no more than 80% of your 1RM.
WOD: 
5 rounds for time:
10 Overhead Squats 115/85
15 Pullups
20 Wallballs

  1. Just put this one down two days later w Ains and Nick. That was a grinder!! Robs, I am super impressed you did this by yourself at 8 in the morning. I would have walked away for sure!
