Cabo Wabo

I would like to thank Roe Roe, BB Guns, The GOAT, Ainsley, Monkey and Steven Bunches for looking after the gym while Chelan and I were away. It seems you guys did a fantastic job running classes and taking care of our gym while I was gone. Thank you so much.

Here is a workout, given to me by Steven Bunches, that I did at the side of the hotel on a piece of grass I found. Lots of fun.

WOD 1: 
"Cabo Wabo"
3 rounds for time
100 walking lunges
20 burpees

Rest 5-8min
WOD 2: 
4x150m sprint - walk back to start position. That is your rest period.

  2. great call Tanya...that is water in her hand. Chelan didn't drink that much in Cabo but she was still the life of the party every night....how is that possible?
