5 Rounds for time:
- 20 Back Squats (135 / 95 lbs)
- 10 HSPU
Scale the HSPU first by cutting your depth, if those are too hard, then by putting your feet on a plyo box and piking yourself into a pseudo - handstand, and completing the pushups.
Write your time on the leaderboard. I'll be coaching all evening so I'll be able to post it tomorrow night.
If Anyone wants to attempt walking on their hands as it was originally written, we'll take a look at our space factor and see what we can do.

Last post from Cabo....loved the our stay here. Was really happy with the hotel until about 10min ago when they refused my request for a late checkout, even though we have spent 12 nights here. Now I hate this place and will never come back.
