WOD: "Filthy Fifty"
- 50 Box Jumps (24"/20")
- 50 Jumping Pullups
- 50 KB Swing (Yellow/White)
- 50 Knees to Elbows
- 50 Walking Lunges
- 50 Push Press (45 lbs/ 35 lbs)
- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Wall Ball (20lbs/ 14lbs)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double Unders
if you're still new and have never taken this sucker on then scale it back to the "dirty thirty". Same WOD just 30 reps of each instead of 50.
This is a great bench mark to measure yourself by so go hard!

Todays workout for me:
rounds in 20min:
10 pushups
10 situps
200m beach run
Chelan and I both did this and neither one of us remembered how many rounds we did. Beach running sucks however, that much is certain.
