Big workout today. Congrats to Ainslie and Monkey for completing that beat in the 25min time limit. I saw a lot of pain out there today but everyone kept fighting through it. Great work. For tomorrows workout we will take it back down for some pure conditioning, by spinning back and forth between box jumps and an 800m run.
