ReplyDeleteof course I went to RockyPoint Crossfit and found my max dead lift tonight,don't think my back is going to agree with the total tomorrow.

Good news is I got a pr, only by 9 lbs, but I will take it.
CFT of 680. At 150# the .com FAQ says I'm no longer a novice, I'm an intermediate!
