WOD:
In teams of two where only one athlete can work at a time you must complete
20 hill sprints
200 jumping pullups
50 burpees
1 min free standing handstands
100 wallballs
1 piggyback building lap
100 knees to elbows
200 double unders
You can complete this workout in any order. However once you start an exercise you must finish it before moving onto the next. Enjoy
