Unbroken Wallball Burppe WOD

Tech: 
Front Squat - Heavy Single
WOD:
30 unbroken wall-ball shots
10 unbroken burpees
15 unbroken wall-ball shots
20 unbroken burpees 
15 unbroken wall-ball shots
10 unbroken burpees
30 unbroken wall-ball shots
Unbroken means the body does not stop moving. Doing this unbroken is going to be a real challenge. The scaled version of this is that you can break up the sets. You must decide before the workout begins which one you are doing. If I call you out on loss of motion than you must begin that set from zero, so make sure you can hit that set in a row before you begin it.
