Friendly Reminder

To everyone to please put your water bottles in the recycling when you are finished with them. Also a reminder to park in only the designated parking spots. There is a gravel parking lot that is on the west side of the building which is always wide open. That being said I love you all and I look forward to seeing the "hit" this workout will have on everyone. 

WOD 1:

5 Deadlifts 95/65
5 Squat Cleans 95/65
5 Push Jerks 95/65
WOD 2: 
3 rounds for time:
50 double unders
30 situps - anchored with 20# db
