Time to go after one of our leaderboard workouts and one of the most well known CrossFit wods. Our very own Steven Bunches has the lowest Elizabeth time I have ever heard of at 4:53 (I believe). Anything in the sub 10 min range is fantastic. If this is your first time doing this workout than just finishing is your goal.

Squat Cleans 135/85
Ring Dips
There will be no strength work today. We will work our way up to weight on the squat cleans, make sure the dips are good to go and go after this workout.
