As you know buddy - my biggest frustration with our training is INJURIES. I realize not everyone else is made of cheap crystal - but if its not my knee, then its my shoulder etc. Thats the difference for me with 3 days a week to 4 or 5. Injuries are obviously a part of xfit. its intense, but maybe a more rigorous warm up/ stretching portion could help with that?
ReplyDeletesince we have begun the dynamic warm ups - i for one have felt better in there.
in closing - i dont like you. nobody does. nobody likes you, everybody hates you. go eat some worms!
hugs. knightrider.
Good I'm glad the dynamic warmup is helping...that is definetely why I've put an increase in importance for it. CrossFit as a program shouldn't be high in injury but if you aren't hitting the gym on a regular basis and then come in only a couple times a week and try and rip wods at full rx than I think that is when injuries can occur...besides regular type of wear and tear. Most important thing for everyone to remember is that you can still train with most injuries we will just try and stay away from those hurt muscles/joints.
ReplyDeleteI hug you Knight Rider. More feedback please.
