Time to get back on the ropes



Saturdays WOD:
3 rounds for time:
5 rope climbs
30 sec freestanding handstand
20 tire flips
20 toes to bar
20 KB circles

9 and 10am classes tomorrow kids. This should be a fun one after a long hard week in the gym. Great work by all this week by the way. Really proud of all of you who got in here more than once.
