Jumping Squats









Another good metabolic conditioning workout. This one is of a more muscular fatiguing variety compared with yesterdays WOD. This will be followed by a strength session on Wednesday. Lots of pictures and videos to follow from the weekend. Also stay tuned for a new goal setting program at the Den as well as CrossFit Lions first official CrossFit competition coming up in the spring.

25 jumping squats with 45#
21 Pullups
21 situps
25 jumping squats
18 pullups
18 situps
25 jumping squats
15 pullups
15 situps
25 jumping squats
12 pullups
12 situps
25 jumping squats
9 pullups
9 situps
25 jumping squats
6 pullups
6 situps
Compare times with workout done on Friday Feb 17th and July 9th. Situps are anchored

  3. Hey guys, just dropping by to check on you ;) and congratulate you all for the competition!!! I saw some pics on Roe's facebook and you are all MACHINES rawr!! I'm finally on snow in Austria and training with some other teams before heading to Italy for my first race on the 21/22 Dec.
    Miss you all and can't wait to come back with some good news hopefully :)

  6. You mean a better bikini bod? I've seen you in your bikini and godamn. You could stand to lose an inch or two off your thighs but besides that you are picture perfect.
