Oh my God my quads are sore



After Monday and Tuesday we are going to give the quads a break today. Nice work by everyone today on that workout. We had probably our busiest 7am class to date, so congrats to everyone who got their ass up early to hit that one up. There was nothing easy about todays workout.


WOD: 
A. Push Press 6x2, rest as needed
B1. 15 KB Swings x5 , 30 sec rest
B2. 30 double unders x5, 30 sec rest
C. Back Ext 3x20, 60 sec rest

2. Bunches 9:43 ( subbed ring push ups for situps. that is why he didn't get the victory today, but I thought it deserved 2nd at least(
