Howdy y'all. The CrossFit Games are in the middle of their qualifying for the mens and womens individual competition right now. There are varius regions around the world and each of them are holding tournaments within this next month. I thought it would be fun to try some of their workouts or close to them. check out http://games2009.crossfit.com/
