WOD: 
20 bodyweight front squats
1 mile run
15 bodyweight front squats
800m run
10 bodyweight front squats
400m run

  5. I agree! what a great day. I will be holding my own "big dawg" challenge next weekend. 3 wods in 5 hours consisting of
    1 max hot dog eating in 10mins
    2 sweet dance move pyramid (1 move on the 1st min, 2 moves on the 2nd min...
    3 amrap in 20 mins of: 1 pannekoken, 2 coffees, 3 donuts
