Tech: 

Back Squat 6x5 w/t a 2 second pause at the bottom of the squat and zero pause at the top. 60 sec break between rounds. The weight will need to be relatively light on this one. Less than 50% of your 1RM
Press 5x5, 1 sec pause between each press
Power Snatch, work up to a 1RM

500m row for time
