Rest Day/ Make Up Day

This has been a hard three days. If you have lifted all days, take today off. If you have missed a workout or two than get in the gym. Open gym from 7-10 and 4:00-7pm.

Wednesday Leaderboard:
Everyone please make sure they post their scores from todays workout on the front board. I'll post the totals tomorrow. Thanks.

  4. True, time to recover is key. That's why I vote Ontario, the Northern Ontario look brutal! I think I had my fix of HSPU this week!

  5. Couldn't agree more. Your goal at this point is to trust your training and go into sectionals fresh. No tired legs and arms.
