Pizza Connection....modified

This workout is from the Southern European Qualifier. It fits nicely into our quasi usual Saturday programming. I have changed a few exercises in this wod. First the heavy deadlift is gone and is replaced with the SDHP; the push press is now with a barbell at heavier weight.
 
WOD: "Pizza Connection"
For Time:
10 SDHP 95/65
20 Push Press 95/65
30 Double Unders
10 Power Snatch 95/65
20 Wall Ball
30 Pull-ups
10 Thrusters 95/65
20 Box Jumps 24/20
30 Burpees
30 GHD Sit-ups
1 mile run

  3. Scott finished 13th after day 1. He did super well on last wod to make up for the 3K row. Tomorrow isn't announce yet. Sounds like some kind of chipper with rep range of 50-40-30-20-10.

    The little Tasaka did very well in her gymnastic competition too and got an award for her bar routine!

  6. 50 DU's, 40 box jumps, 30 K2E, 10 Snatches 85/135, 5 MU's, 25# farmer's walk 100m. 2 rounds.

    Apparently Scott did well on first round, got all muscleups consecutive....Waiting to hear how he finishes!
